Property Transition Group is a local Twin Cities team that has spent years helping people clear out and reset properties. We saw families struggling to manage a cleanout, repairs, and a sale all at once, usually during a hard season of life, so we built one team to carry all of it.

We coordinate the cleanout and the renovation. The sale itself is handled by a licensed Minnesota real estate agent we work with, so you are always represented by a licensed professional on the part of the process that requires one.
